How to help?

You can make a difference without spending any money.

Lucas Helps Dogs is a volunteer based charity.

Our trustees and volunteers dedicate their free time, money and knowledge to the charity but we wouldn't be able to do it all without your help.

How can you help, you ask? Look below at different options.

Donate

Our main focus is on spay, neuter and vaccination.

The cost is approximately £25 per dog.

All dogs all castrated and vaccinated against rabies.

This not only protects the dogs but also people in the community.

Our ultimate goal is to be able to do at least 1000 neuter/spays every year and we need your help do so.

Amazon Wish List

It is very difficult to purchase even the most common medication in Sri Lanka, like worming treatment or flea and tick treatment.

We work with other rescues and always try to bring them as many medical products as possible.

Donate products

We always need dog collars, leads, harnesses, brushes, nail clippers, dog bowls, any unused pet medication (can be opened and even expired), tick and flea treatments, dog shampoos... basically anything you no longer need for your cat or dog which is in a good condition we will happily take off your hands. Please get in touch to donate.
